Saint Moritz Hplus Express - Brasilia

The room is very suitable for an extended stay period. In fact many of the residents/guests of this hotel are long-time residents. The room is very small approx. 17-18 sqm. It is only suitable for one person (longer stay) due to the room size. The property is brand new and is across from a big shopping center with restaurants etc. within walking distance. Directly next to the property is a neighborhood cafe... I didn' t experience the breakfast at St. Moritz because I had to leave to the airport at 4:15 am.

Room size in my opinion is too small. No minibar content.

The breakfast is absolutely superb with sausages and fruits, as example, lots to choose from.

Central location, at a moderate distance from Feira da Torre de tv Handicraft Fair. Nice staff throughout. Good breakfast with pastries, sausages plus eggs different breads offered in a quiet atmosphere.

Nice hotel and nice room. Surprisingly little noise from all the constructions work around the hotel.

The people in the reception were nice and friendly, but the service was inefficient. There was always a waiting line, whether I wanted to check in, ask for directions or buy a wireless access code. I was also really surprised when they were out of access codes one day, which meant I couldnt access internet from the room.

Hotel is poorly laid out and not very well organized. No restaurant in the evening!

Terrible smell of sewage (even being in the 18th floor), dust on the hangers, nothing around on walking distance. Confused on its purpose, if it's a apart-hotel (large fridge) then charge like one and put a press iron in the closet. If it's a hotel then provide services like one.

Clean and functional

The double bed was small. The free WiFi available in the lobby and restaurant area was intermittent at best. Don't bother paying for the in-room service as it was no better. Our Kindles were stolen from our locked room. We were not offered a key for the safe in our room on arrival. Be sure to ask for a key and use the safe. The hotel did not respond to my email about this theft.

The room was clean, but the noisy air conditioning made it hard to sleep.

Very expensive and the room is not confortable.

Bed is too small for a couple or taller persons. It seems a bit smaller than a queen size. The hotel informed that there are no larger bed. This was the standard. Air conditioning blows on top of the bed (inconvenient). Swimming pool was completely closed (due long maintenance)

New building, nice accomodation.

The front desk does not have information in other lenguage about the city or where it is possible to obtain information.

I booked the room 4 or 5 days before and they could not find the reservation. It took more than half an hour till I got the room keys.

The access to the hotel. If you enter Sector Hoteleiro Norte, then you have to drive out and drive for like 5 minutes to get there again.

The hotel was spacious and perfect for our kids. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast with a fine view from the rooftop while gearing up for a visit to the beautiful Funarte Plinio Marcos Theater. It was a fantastic experience!

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.
